In the modern world of international travel, any price list is almost out of date as soon as it's published. Things change very quickly: currency rates, fuel surcharges due to oil prices, flight prices etc, and in addition special offers and discounts become available for a variety of reasons.
As we do not hold allocations of flight seats or rooms, all our holidays are tailor-made based on your individual requirements. Please call us to discuss your holiday and we will provide a quotation for your holiday. Our expert staff will be able to offer advice on locations and can explain details of latest offers, child prices, two-centre holidays, in fact anything you need to know about your holiday.
Telephone our UK office on 01373 814244 to discuss your exact requirements and to check the availability of flights and accommodation. Once you have made a telephone booking then send in the completed and signed booking form together with your deposits, or full payment if within 10 weeks of departure.
When you have booked we will confirm your reservation by sending you a confirmation invoice and ATOL certificate, which will set out all the details of your holiday reservation. This will also notify you of the date by which final payment must be made. Should you have any queries or amendments after booking, please call our Caribbean administration team on 01373 814216.
Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer to the following account — NatWest Bank, account number: 11506725; sort code: 56-00-34; account name: Just Grenada Ltd. Please use your surname as a reference if requested or holiday number if you have been advised of one. If you prefer you can also send a cheque made payable to Just Grenada and post it to us at The Barns, Woodlands End, Mells, Frome, Somerset, BA11 3QD.
Discounts for children are available at some venues at certain times of the year. Please ask for details.
Return flight from Gatwick, airport security charges and baggage handling costs, accommodation with board basis as shown, bed linen and towels, tax and service charges, representative service & airport transfers and/or vehicle rental. Please note that if the price of oil increases, it may be necessary to add an additional fuel supplement.
Clients will be required to pay a departure tax when leaving Bequia and St Vincent. The current charge is EC$50 per person (approx £11-12). Children under 12 do not pay. This must be paid in local currency or US Dollars at the airport after checking in. Prices are given as a guide but are subject to change and should be checked locally.
Please let us know if you need any assistance with overnight hotels and/or parking at Gatwick as we can book this for you.
All travel documentation i.e. airline tickets, accommodation vouchers, car hire vouchers, luggage labels, full itinerary and check-in details will be forwarded to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. It is your responsibility to check these to ensure their accuracy. Local maps and information will be given to you on arrival.
British Citizens need a full 10-year passport (5-year passport for children under 16), valid for at least six months after your intended return date to the UK, but there is no visa requirement. Children under 16 (including infants) who are not currently on their parent's passport will require their own passport. (Check the UK passport service at www.ukpa.gov.uk for further information). If any members of your party are not British Citizens or do not hold a British Passport, they must satisfy themselves as to any visa requirements by consulting the Embassy or Consulate of the relevant country. All passengers will be required to complete an Immigration Form prior to landing in Bequia. Forms will be provided on your flight. There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required, however we suggest that you always check with your local health centre or GP for the latest medical advice.
