Overlook Villa

This charming villa occupies a wonderful hillside location with fabulous views over the ocean and the surrounding cays. There are also great views of Friendship Bay and this superb beach — the best in Bequia in our opinion — is just a short stroll of about 8–10 minutes away. The theme of Overlook is open–plan living and dining in a secluded and private setting — the lower levels are surrounded by gardens with exotic fruit trees. All three bedrooms are light and airy with high, vaulted ceilings and fans to keep the rooms cool and all are decorated in the brightest of Caribbean colours. The large, open kitchen is well equipped with all that you will need for self–catering and there is plenty of space. There is also a breakfast bar overlooking the outdoor terrace. The outdoor areas are where you will spend most of your time — sitting by the sculptured pool in sun or shade, or maybe relaxing in the hammock with a good book while looking over the ocean. Alfresco dining is a treat and the villa has a good barbecue on the terrace. Maid service is included in the price for this lovely villa, which is an ideal place to stay in one of the loveliest corners of the delightful island of Bequia.
