13 Degrees North Villa

Many visitors who come to Bequia like to have their own independence while enjoying all the lovely aspects of this charming little island. There are many large villas on Bequia but the choice for couples or small families is more restricted, so we are very pleased to have found 13 Degrees North. This lovely villa is situated just minutes from the little town of Port Elizabeth and its two large terraces have panoramic views of the harbour and the ocean beyond. There are two good–sized bedrooms opening out on to a terrace. The dividing wall between the bedrooms is built in traditional style, so does not reach the full height of the ceiling, allowing the breeze to cool the interiors. For this reason the villa is probably best suited to a couple, perhaps with one or two small children. There is a large open–plan living/dining room and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. The villa has a nice secluded pool in the palm–filled garden, as well as a covered verandah for alfresco dining, complete with hammock and a barbecue. This is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped villa in a delightful private and secluded location, yet just a few minutes drive away from the little town of Port Elizabeth and the wonderful beaches of Bequia.
